David Palmer is an Associate Broker and Realtor. He has helped his clients buy and sell properties in the Detroit region since 2013. He has served residential and commercial clients across the City of Detroit, and in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Livingston, and Washtenaw Counties.

David Palmer is the founder and CEO. He is a multi-disciplinary strategist, facilitator, convenor, Associate Broker and Realtor based in Detroit, Michigan. He has over 25 years of management and research experience, and earned a Master of Public Administration degree from Eastern Michigan University. He is an Urban Land Institute 2024 Larson Center Leader, a 2022 Michigan State University Innovation Fellow, as well as a Leadership Detroit and a Michigan Political Leadership Program Fellow.

Willyne Smith

Willyne Smith is a student at Eastern Michigan University majoring in Urban and Regional Planning with a minor in Public and Nonprofit Administration. She is a graduate of the 2023 Mayoral Fellowship where she served in the Department of Neighborhoods, and an alum of the Skillman foundation’s President’s Youth Council. She has served in several advisory, outreach, and coordinator roles in the nonprofit space, with a focus on youth leadership, urban transformation, grant making, and Detroit talent retention.
